03-9-2009 - Steroid shot

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

I went for my 29 week check up today, and the Dr said that the baby is low,very low. She sent me over to the hospital to have a steroid shot,to get the babys lungs to start working. While I was there they hooked me up,and I was having contractions,so not only did I get a shot of steroids,they had to give me a shot to slow down the contractions. They kept me for 3 hours,and I have to go back tomorrow for the 2nd steroid shot. I hope my baby stays put for a few more weeks. This really worries me. The dr said I could go any time,but that she hopes I make it to 37 weeks.
