19-7-2008 - BEDREST!

My mood while writing this blog: sore

I'm in week 24 and finally went to the therapist for my SPD. She said it's pretty bad and that I need to stay out of work till the baby comes. In a way that is great b/c I can take it easy and not have to worry so much if I'm having a bad day and in alot of pain. But I keep thinking, wow, I still have so many weeks left!! What in the world am I going to do with myself! LOL I obviously can't do all the things that I want...I figure I will do a little project here and there...like start cleaning one room and make it last all week...so I don't over do it. I'm still doing my shots every friday. Which is going better each time. I didn't even get anxious this last time. I told myself next time I will watch him do it rather then looking away. Hubby has been good. I of course wish he was a little more attentive. I sometimes think he just thinks that I'm a sissy. But I don't think he understands that some days I'm in alot of pain!! I have another appointment July 30th. They will do another ultrasound and check the baby's size (since I still have only gained 5lbs) and they will check my cervical length also. Fingers Crossed all is well!
