19-12-2008 - 10 weeks old, I feel 10yrs older

My mood while writing this blog:
exhausted

Jesse is getting better. I know it's terrible to say but he's just a bad baby! He would cry for hours on end. He wouldn't sleep more then 2 hours at a time at night. We tried everything, gripe water, gas drops, rice cereal. But the last 3 days...it's seemingly like he's becoming more of a regular baby. He takes 2 good naps during the day. He isnt crying for about 30 minutes in the afternoon. And he is sleeping from midnight till 4am. Which might not seem like much but for me it's great! LMAO! He has been in his bed for a week. I think that has helped b/c I dont wake up with every whine and noise. And I can tell that he's grown cause he's out of newborn and into 0-3 months now. I did the rice cereal last week like the doctor said and it didnt help at all...so I have stopped doing it all together now. ALSO! he's doing much better going to sleep on his back now! Not sure if it's the bed or not but he doesnt freak out and try to roll over anymore. I guess now, I can slowly start to get back to myself. My hubby actually said "OMG are you smiling" the other night and I felt horrible that I have been such a zombie that I didnt even smile! But I am trying this week. I really am. His work is letting him have off a couple days, thank goodness. I have been trying to get to bed at 8 when I put my daughter down, so that helps too. Now if only I could get mister Jesse to sleep a couple more hours. He still gets up every 3 hours till midnight. That 9PM bottle throws me. Now I guess if I get a job, I might be able to stay awake at my desk! LOL Worse thing right now, is no money. I filled unemployment in october! The deputy is suppose to call me monday to make a decision on it, which normally happens in 2 weeks! But they are really backed up here in virginia. SO I have had no income since October! it sucks! But we are doing what we can and praying as much as possible. We are good people and we love each other, we just happen to be poor.
