My mood while writing this blog: Relieved |
It went well! The baby is doing great! Everything looks great! I am not going to scan the pictures, you can just go to week 10 and see that video on that week forums. My baby looked just like that and jumped around a lot also!
Doctor decided to change my due date officially since it was a significant change: from April 3 to April 10. He said that's what it looks like after the ultrasound and they are pretty accurate at this stage. But of course it is still an estimate. My first baby was born 2 weeks before her due date.
By the way thank you kiersy2001, excited-1st-time-mom, BabyMaker35, amber6189 for your responses and advice about my baby girl sleeping problems. I am trying to feed her more solid food during the day, playing with her a lot and making her take less naps during the day and not use swing and giving her less food during the night or even just water. Here is what worked so far:
- instead of 2-4 naps she only takes 1-2 naps during the day and each time she gets very tired so after a feeding I just put her in her crib and she falls asleep! Much better then before we kind of tried making her take more naps using the swing all the time.
- at night I put her in her own room in her crib and when she wakes up I still feed her 1 time but very little and turn on white noise or music to help her fall back to sleep. It works! So 1 feeding is better than many! And soon may be she will even give up this one feeding and sleep through the night.
- Instead of 1 fruit jar (or vegetables) at noon and some cereal before the bedtime, I giver her cereal in the morning too and another portion of fruit or veggies at dinner time! She loves it. Her favorite solid food is sweet potatoes.
So it has been easier last 3-4 days. Thank you, guys, for your help and support! Hope everyone is doing well.
