11-1-2009 - the weekend

My mood while writing this blog: positive

Well i told my family on saturday they were a bit shell shocked and didnt really congratulate me but i expected that, they just mainly said that it will be hard work etc which i do realise.

The good thing was that they came around this afternoon and brought flowers and some shopping and were really happy.

It seems they just needed a little time to process the information.

Now onto our WONDERFUL sunday!

we had a lovely breakfast all three of us, Theo went down for a nap and i did started knitting a baby blanket.

when theo woke up we got ready and headed out to the park, only 6 degrees but hey who ever let that stop them?!

so we went for a walk and fed the ducks for the first time, some bread, Theo was not sure about the ducks, there were a lot, making a lot of noise and some got quite close, bless his heart we definately heard some whimpers so i took him out of the buggy and held him and that seemed to calm him enough to enjoy them.

We then took him on the baby swings and slide for the first time too and he was laughing away on the swing, thought it was brilliant!

It was very picture perfect and i got some great snaps!

Only bad thing, my spd started playing up once i got home and settled down, got some sharp shocks i can tell you. I think i may be calling the physio soon.
