| 14-11-2011 - 16/17 week update |  My mood while writing this blog:great! |
I meant to write an update last week but life gets so very busy these days! I am 17 weeks 2 days now... had a midwife appointment/scan last week and they gave me a better due date. April 21st 2012. Baby looks perfect and is A GIRL! Yup, Ali will be having a little sister! I had a feeling and I am so happy I was right... I really wanted Ali to have a sister like I have so this is great! Brian is very happy... I think he would be happy in a house filled with girls! We met with the one of the midwives and I am in love with the practice! Ali wanted to nurse both during the ultrasound and while I got my pap and the midwife thought that was hilarious and was glad to see that she is still nursing. They said I definitly have my spot for delivery in the midwifery center and I am so happy! I am really really hoping to have my dream water birth!
We are having a bit of a struggle budgetting with the new pay and all but we are working things out. Saturday my car died on the highway but luckily Brian was able to fix it on Sunday... new belt and alternator $250 later!! But its running much better now! Ali needs a new car seat soon but hopefully she cant hold out til we can save up! I guess we better start saving a little for Christmas shopping too... definitly not going all out this year! But I do want to get Ali another baby signing time video and she does need socks.
Anywho, thats all I have for now. Hope everyone is doing well!
