My mood while writing this blog: bored/ missing Brian

K I am bored so here is a survey:

GENERAL INFO

Marital Status: happily married to my best friend ever!

Occupation: Stay at home wife, currently managing the homefront, painting the house one wall at a time, taking care of all the finances, landscaping the yard and anything else my husband would normally do when he is home! Oh and of course I am a profecional beach goer, gotta be hot and tan for when he comes home!

SO's name: Brian

SO's age: 22

SO's occupation: DH is a nuke electrician on a submarine in the US Navy

TTC

Are you TTC: sort of... taking an unwanted but needed break I guess, thanks a lot US Navy!

How long were you/ have you been TTC: before the first BFP we were TTC for a little over a year. And if you want to count the TTC in between all the losses we have been trying to start a family for well over 2 years

Do you think you are you ready to be a parent: Absolutely... cant wait to care for my own kids so I can stop watching other peoples kids!

Do the prospective future grandparents know you are TTC, how do they feel about it: Yes both of our parents know that we want to be parents and they are very excited to be grandparents... well at least both of our Mom's are excited to be grandma's the Grandpa situation is a little complicated

Have you been to a pre-TTC dr appointment: We did see a dr about starting a family back in 07 when I went off the pill

Have you or your SO had any testing done: I have had testing for just about every blood clotting disorder and I have had my chromosones pulled (waiting on DH's to compare) and in the very near future I will be having an HSG to check for physical abnormalities

Are you and SO generally healthy: I would say yes, I occasionally eat too much junk food but for the most part I eat healthy and try to keep an active lifestyle and DH is pretty healthy... he eats more junk than I do but is more active than I am, but for the most part we are both pretty healthy young people

Are you over or under weight: I am over where I want to be but I am at a healthy weight for my height

Are you taking prenatal vitamins: Yes, but I want to find something a little better than what I have, I am not really happy with what I have

Is your SO taking any vitamins: Just sent him some! Vitamin C, Zinc, Folic Acid and Selenium

Do you have regular cycles: Hard to tell, before our first BFP my cycles were crazy but I took vitex and that helped, since then I have not had 2 cycles back to back so we will see... if not I will take vitex again

Do you use OPK's: No but I may do a couple cycles just to see how my cycles are going

Do you chart your temps: Nope.. it frustrates me

Check your CP: Sometimes but its not typically for TTC, mostly just curiosity as I typically have a very anterior cervix, I wonder if it will ever be posterior

Check your CM: Sometimes but usually thats DH's job LMAO it makes him feel involved (sorry thats probably tmi..)

Do you use preseed or anything else to help with CM: No preseed for us but we were told that if my CM wasnt right to kill kittens (aka masturbate) to get my CM going... another one of DH's favorites makes baby making more exciting for him

What does your SO do to help with TTC: He is irresistable so that helps, he also does a bunch of romantic things to keep it exciting and not boring... even though sometimes we just do "deposits" (LMAO, I know you guys know what I am talking about) most of our BD sessions are exciting and never the same, we like to keep the laugher and excitment in it all!

Does you SO enjoy TTC: For the most part yes but he is very familiar with the term rape! hee hee!!!

How often do you BD: Typically everyday, unless DH is out to sea or has duty

Do you typicaly use one position more often than another: Yep, my cervix is on the "roof" as my doctor puts it so we typically go with doggy or with a bunch of pillows under my butt

If you had to would you ever use IVF or IUI: I dont think we need to... conception is typicaly not a problem for us

PREGNANCY

Are you pregnant: nope

Have you ever been pregnant: Yes, four times

Have you ever m/c: Yes, four times, 2 natural and 2 needed D&C's

How many if any children do you have: No living children yet, but I have held 4 angels

Do you get morning sickness: When I am pregnant, yes

Do you plan on a vaginal birth: Someday, yes

Will you want drugs: I can say no right now because I am not in labor but we will see when it comes, I am leaning pretty hard in the No direction though

Do you have names picked out: Sort of, they change every once in a while but I dont plan on telling anyone the names we have picked out because I dont want them to get stollen!

Do you want a girl or a boy: I dont care

Does the father have a preference in gender: He says no but he lights up around little girls so I think he wants a daddies girl someday

Who will be there when you give birth: I guess doctors, nurses and DH... I am sure my Mom, sister and Mother in law will all be freaking out in the waiting room though

What will your first words to the new baby be: I may be speachless or I may not be able to shut up, "welcome to the world, I love you, I am so happy you are here, we have been waiting for you for a long time.." I dont know I am sure I will say lots

Will you cry: Probably more than the baby will!

Do you want to breastfeed if so, for how long: Absolutely! and I dont know how long... probably around first tooth but hopefully not before the baby can drink whole milk... I want to avoid the whole formula situation, too much junk in there
