24-2-2010 - Pregnancy #5 Second Ultrasound

My mood while writing this blog: Relieved and hopeful

Today was our second appointment with baby #5 and all went pretty well. We got to the gate on base and I guess my ID was expired so they confiscated it (ARG guess I know what I am doing tomorrow!) And then we got up to the clinic and checked in and waited for a while then we went to the room for the ultrasound. I saw the nurse midwife REI (Ronny, she is very nice, met with her the first time I went to the REI clinic) She didnt waste much time and we got the scan going. At first I could only see the yolk sac and pole but I didnt notice the hb until DH said "Whats that moving?" LMAO It is slow but thats normal for right now. She measured it and right next to where is said ".22cm" it said 5w5d (exactly what it should have YAY!) Since the start of week 5 I have been feeling oh so sick! Today has been expecially bad... It kinda comes and goes and my boobs actually dont hurt too bad... but boy is my stomach unsettled! I also feel like a cow... I hate how fat I am lol I am sure I will go back down a bit in a few weeks... always do when the morning sickness really kicks in.... so far I have only been feeling sick but not really getting sick.
