Hello my lovely ladies! Today was appointment #3 for sea monkey #5. Last week I saw Ronny and this week I saw Dr Shapiro (the head REI) And I just love him! He is just so awesome and nice and accomodating it is just so refreshing to have a dr that treats me so well! We went in got weighed and such (down 4 pounds since last appointment, thank you morning sickness!) and then they did the ultrasound. Right away you could see the little one in there with its heart beating away! They used 3 different angles to measure and took the average as the actual measurement and I am right on target... actually gained a day and really according to the dr my real due date will be 18OCT10 which is our anniversary lol. the turned on the sound and we could hear the little heart beat! First time we heard it!!! We told the dr that I was 2 pills short of my metforming (the refill takes almost a week and I didnt realize) so he put in for 2 pills for me to get me by! HOW AWESOME IS THAT!!! He is just incredible! I go back next friday (should be 8 weeks on the dot) for another scan and then its off to the real OB clinic... In fact I am going to call them today to get my appointment going. Brian said as a reward for everything going so well we are finally going to get a doppler YAY I already have it picked out and everything! I am so happy!
