18-6-2008 - Worried

My mood while writing this blog:
Ok

Ok, so I was getting into the shower and noticed a VERY light brown on my underwear. Probably the size of two drops. Is this implantation bleeding?? There was no red in it, just a light brown. AHHH I am such a worry wart that I dont know what to think.... Can anyone help?

Don't worry. That's fine. Sounds like implantation bleeding. If it gets red or you start cramping, then you can worry. If it would make you feel better, you should have your OB send you for blood work and check your HCG and progesterone levels.

No worries. If it is brown, it is probably just old blood that was hanging around your cervix. You don't need to worry about small brown spots. You only need to worry when you start bleeding red blood with clots, or you start cramping a lot. Sounds like you are doing just fine to me. Good luck, honey! :)

Don't worry just yet sweetie. About half of women report experiencing implantation bleeding and a lot of them report it around the time that af was supposed to start. If it's brown... that's a good sign. It could be from when the little one burrowed itself into your uterine wall. :)

DO NOT PANIC YET! Trust me. Brown is ok. Red is a little worrisome yet still depends. Cramping usually goes along with m/c although not always. I had bleeding with both preg. my first- like a period with cramps when i m/c. This one- had brown off and on. Then red one day and freaked the hell out! I cried all day begging God to let me keep this one. I was so scared and yet here I am and still have my baby. So it just happens sometimes. You're more than likely having implantation this early along. Or your uterus is sensitive/stretching. Alot is going on down there. Can you blame it?! hang in there. Try to relax and let your doc know.
