12-5-2008 - Mothers Day

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

Yesterday was Mothers Day and I got to spend pretty much the whole day with my awesome, Mom! Although I wasn't feeling 100%, my husband and I went to my parents church with them in the morning and then went to lunch. Bertucci's...yummy=). My niece was with us too! She is very excited to have a new little cousin coming! She's 7 and is very protective of my belly and makes sure I eat when she's with me. It's very cute=) She decided that her new cousin will be a girl..lol=) We'll see...3 weeks until we find out! It's amazing to me that next year on Mothers Day, I'll have a 7 month old baby...yay! My mom bought me a Mom To Be mothers day card...that was really cool=) I gave her a framed pic of the last sonogram we got and also a pic of my parents together on my wedding day. She loved it! I also plant flowers in her garden for her every year. I'm very blessed to have the mom that I have=)

Today..has not been a great day! It's crappy outside. I let out our dog and didn't see him run to the other side of the yard so when I went to look for him, I thought he had gotten out. I started freaking out and crying and fell..hard on both my knees! My dog ran up looking at me like "what's wrong". So then I had to go in and change my muddy clothes. Next, I couldn't find my keys!! I looked for 10 minutes and started crying again b/c I knew I was going to be late for work. At this time, my husband woke up and came downstairs and just came over and held me while I cried. We're short staffed at work and I'm working with people I do not like! It has just been a sucky day over all!!! One happy thing is that our loan came through so now we can pay off all of our bills and be free and clear of (most) debt when the baby comes! That takes a lot of stress off of me..thank God=)
