I woke up this morning feeling HORRIBLE! I surprisingly made it to work, but I am not sure how long I am going to be able to stay here. I have been trying to eat saltines, but THOSE even make me sick. Blah... hope you ladies are feeling better than me!

Wednesday, 28 Jan It probably won't last - hang in there! I know it sounds strange, but try to eat something with almond extract in it, like sugar cookies. And ginger is good (ginger ale, ginger tea, etc) for nausea. My body started to relate crackers to feeling queezy, because I ate them so much when I did not feel good. So try to mix it up a little so you are able to eat them later. Also, keep something by the bed to munch before you even put your feet on the floor in the morning, it helps with morning sickness. Tuesday, 27 Jan I am exactly the same. I feel sick from the minute I wake up until I go to bed. I've been at work 8 hours a day feeling like this so as soon as I get in I go to bed. It's exhausting. I never am sick, I just feel constantly sick. But it means baby is growing so I'll take as much of it as possible! kimybes -
Tuesday, 27 Jan Yeah I have been feeling sick a lot and having a lot of cramps but I only got sick the once but I was under a lot of pressure in work so i have been lucky that way. Hope you feel better soon!! It sucks feeling so crap xxx Southernbell3 -
