terrencesmom is right. Spell it how you want and make people prounce it that way. My name is Dianna and some people pronounce it DiAnna or DeAnna. My MIL's name is Deanna and she gets the same thing. We just correct them and go about our day! :o) I hope this helps!!!

erin, i'm in the same boat. my daughter's name changes everyday. everyone is going to tell you different names and it's going to confuse you even more. i think you shiuld spell it brianna christine. people are going to pronounce it either way regardless.

I'm starting to freak out because it seems like this pregnancy if FLYING by and I'm not ready! We know we want her name to be Brianna, we just don't know how to spell it or what middle name to go with. I want it to be pronounced Bri-on-a, not Bri-AN-a but I don't really like the spelling with the 'o' in it. Do you think we can still spell it Brianna and have people pronounce it the other way? And for middle name...we can't decide! We keep going back to Lynn and Lee. But also I keep thinking Marie and Christine, and a whole bunch of other ones! What do you ladies think? Any suggestions? Clearly I'm going crazy here!!! Any help is VERY MUCH appreciated!!!
