My mood while writing this blog: Bored

Hello everyone!!!

Today is my last day in week 28. I can not believe it!! It feels like just yesterday I found out, and now I'm just 11 weeks from meeting my little guy! I'm so excited!! I can't wait to see what he looks like, and count all of his fingers and toes. Never thought any other man besides my husband could give me such butterflies!! =)

I'm going to finally clean out his room this weekend so I can start preparing everything. Seeing as I only have 11 weeks left, I'm REALLY starting to freak out. I need to make sure everything is perfect and clean. Not to mention I really need to set up a crib. Gosh, if i were to go into labor right now he would have no where to sleep!! *ahhhhhh* That's all i keep thinking about, so I'm going to work on fixing that!! lol

A friend just asked me if DH and I are getting nervous about delivery. Ehhh--Not so much. I'm going to approach it with an open mind, and just hope for the best. I mean, it's not suppose to tickle, so i do expect pain, but I'm not really worried. What i AM worried about is having my little guy home. We have no family around us to help. All of my friend's have kids, but they all suck. None of them wished me happy birthday in september, and nobody calls to check on me, let alone invite me out anymore(guess i'm a party pooper)..so I can't really ask them for advice or help. I'm just kind of worried. I'm sure all of those "mommy instincts" will kick in, but who knows?!? They might not. They say it takes a village to raise a child....well our village consists of 2 people, and a dog. I'm hoping that'll do.

I'm ever so anxious to meet our son. I know everything will be fine, and I WILL have everything ready!! But I wouldn't be me if i didn't worry a bit about it.
