Week Thirty
December 28, 2008 - January 3, 2009

To begin

We are in the 30's now ladies - wooo hoooo - if you had of asked me back in the beginning if I thought I would have made it this far, I probably would have said no way!! But I have made it and am still going strong!! What a lucky pregnancy I have had - other than a few downs in the beginning and the backpain, I have had a very great pregnancy and have enjoyed it too...i will miss her kicks, punches and movements when she is out - that is a wonderful feeling!! I saw my doctor this week and everything looks good - her head is down, her heartbeat was 130, my weight gain was 3 pounds in 5 weeks and I now go and see her every 2 weeks instead of 4 - The countdown is on for leaving work - because of my thyroid problems my doctor has advised me to leave work at the end of January...We are very lucky here in Canada as we get an entire year off for maternity so I am looking forward to some time off before London's grand arrival (if she is anything like her mom, it will be a grand arrival hahaha) - I am so excited to meet my little Princess and so is her dad and big brother - we are all waiting patiently for her arrival - 10 more weeks to go!!

Symptoms

I am still tired all the time and have really bad backpain (off and on), swollen ankles

Tests

Thyroid test was done again this week to see if it has gone up, down or stayed the same.

Weight Gain

I have gained 3 pounds in 5 weeks - 21 pounds total so far
