15-3-2009 - poorly baby

My mood while writing this blog:
tired n worried abit still

ok so Mckenzie is poorly! we had her sleeping alot friday but just thought she was catching up on missed sleep, then saturday she got a high temp,sickness, dioreah, sleeping alot, crying as if in pain, not eating/drinking, not quite with it n just generally not right, so we ended up taking her to the hospital, where they diagnosed her with a ear infection and a viral infection! she is on calpol, ibuprofen and dioralyte.she couldnt have antibiotics yet because of the dioreah, it would have made it worse, she is a lil more with it today but we are hoping she will pick up more tomorrow. it was only the other week that she had a viral infection, poor lil thing,i just want to take it all away for her, i have been up most of the night with her as her temp was really high.luckily the calpol and ibuprofen seems to be keeping that down for now...hope she picks up soon x x
