Since I haven't written in a while I figure its time for some updates!! I purchased a doppler around 12 weeks and I just LOVE it!!! I struggled for about 20 minutes the first time I used it, but I have found the HB ever since!! It remains between 158-167. I listen to the HB around 3 times a day and it is SO reassuring!! I haven't had an ultrasound since 10 weeks, and since this is pretty much a symptomless pregnancy, hearing the HB is the only thing that lets me know my baby is alive.....EXCEPT FOR TODAY.....
I FELT MY BABY MOVE TODAY!!!!!!!!!! well at least I think I did!!!! I actually first noticed it yesterday. I was lying in the bed after checking the HB (he he he) and I felt a quick flutter in my lower abdomen! Then today before I really ate anything, I kept feeling the same thing! And I knew it wasn't gas because I didn't feel gassy at all! I felt it a few times today and it felt so wierd!!! I was as happy as can be today!!!
Fingers are crossed that I can find out the gender at my next appointment on Monday May 11th!!!!!!

Yea you were probably feeling the baby and just didn't realize it! I would be going crazy right about now if it wasn't for my doppler! I'm going to have to order more ointment stuff soon at the rate I'm going!! But thanks and good luck to you as well!!!

Wow, that is so exciting! I sometimes have strange feelings and wonder if it's baby or not... it's so hard not knowing what to expect! It's only when I'm sitting down after being busy or when I'm laying down going to bed. I use the doppler about 3x a day too.. heheh!! Morning, when I get home from work and at night. It does help, because like you said you tend not to feel so pregnant anymore and it just reminds you! Good luck at your appointment. I don't find out the gender till June 11th!
