Ok, so I'm having a moment ... actually, two moments.
First of all, I just noticed on my credit card statements online that my July and August bills weren't paid, though I swore I paid them, 'cause I always pay online. Well, it's odd that they didn't hound me for those payments, and now I sent Customer Service an email wondering if I've been incurring any fees due to these so-called unpaid bills.
Secondly, I need to chose a prenatal care provider already! I've got the clinic, which has great service, but I can never get an appointment that doesn't clash with my work or school schedule! That's frustrating! Then, there's the birthing center, which feels so homey, but has slow, inefficient service and a slight undertone of attitude. Now, I found a birthing center withing the hospital that the clinic is associated with, but I don't think my clinic doctor could deliver at the birthing center. Sooo ... I'm going on maternity tour of the birthing center within the hospital, and today I must decide! If I choose this third option, my insurance covers a midwife, and I'd have to find one that would be willing to accept my insurance and be there for the birth at that specific hospital.
I feel out of control and yet in control. It's weird. I want this credit card business and prenatal care stuff fixed and decided on and done with!
