Write a new blog

My mood while writing this blog: Wary |
Yes, this is my third post today. I like to post things by topic in case people that read want to skip around and not feel stuck reading one long post with varying topics.
Anyway, my sister in law stopped by today and dropped off a bunch of cute, pink clothing. She gave me everything from pink bibs to pink hats and pink pajamas. It's all so sweet and adorable! She also gave me a hip-sling and a baby bjorn. Now, for the first time, I am wondering if the ultrasounds could be wrong and all of these lovely pink things will have to go! Or am I being paranoid? Our former-OB said he thought it was a girl, then we had two different 3D/4D sessions (a week apart) and they said it's a girl, and then we had a level 2 ultrasound and they said it's a girl, too. I mean, it's a girl, right?
Oh! And did I tell you the cutest thing Lia did? A few days ago, my husband made me a banana milkshake. It's so yummy! He asked me if it was okay and I said: "Yeah, but it just needed more bananas." He felt bad and I said it was no big deal; I was kidding! :oP So he said, "Lia wanted more bananas or you wanted more bananas?" And so I start saying yes, Lia wanted more bananas, not me, it's not about what I want! He jokingly says I'm lying, and we start to ask Lia what she wanted more of. We went down the list of ingredients: cinammon, milk, sugar, ice, bananas ... when I said bananas she kicked! J didn't believe me so we kept testing her and she would only kick when either one of us said banana! It was exciting and weird and so cool! She's stopped doing that now, but I guess she loves the sound of the word. :o)
