24-6-2009 - help my legs keep going numb ! !

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

has anyone else had this or know what it is ? my legs when sitting at work keep going numb but not all the way down - the top part of my leg between knee and hip and just the front of my legs ! its driving me mad - i try to move about and walk as much as i can but i cant just wander about the place i have as desk job !! its driving me MAD !!

I hear u!! i sit @ the desk aaaaallll day every day! Starting to get used to the numb legs along with swollen feet!!

It happens to me too !! ven my butt does it. It only happens when I use my home computer though thank goodness not at work cause I also have a desk job.

omg that happens to me but with pain!! its your sciatica nothing you can do about it... just walk around as much as possible because you sit alot..good luck i feel for you..

oh man… i work at a desk job too. sometimes my legs go numb but i also have a really bad habit of crossing my legs… try to walk around as much as you can, go to the bathroom frequently, or move your legs around while you’re sitting there…

My legs and my arms go numb all the time. Also I get a burning sensation all throughout. Like someone lit a match on my legs. It's the blood flow and the nerves in your legs. Try to keep them elevated whenever you can.

omg, I'm glad you said something, I have the same problem and my arms will go numb too. I asked the doctor about it and he said it was because of the way my baby was laying/sitting so my return blood supplies were limited.
