27-12-2008 - My Angel's Day

My mood while writing this blog:
ok

So today (12/27/08) is the one year anniversary date of when I delivered our angel baby boy Joseph Michael. I miss him of course but did not feel devastated like I thought I would. When I was thinking about him today, I was thinking positively and imagining him as a little angel baby that is being taken good care of and would be looking down on us. I sure hope this is really how it is and he could be looking after his baby sister and helping to make sure she will be delivered healthy and happy.

I don't feel well at all today and last night was horrible!!! I had stomach cramps and diarrhea (sorry TMI) all night long. My sugars were off yesterday and even had one that was a 60 after dinner!!! I had never had that low blood sugar before and I felt like crap!! I couldn't sleep at ALL and was sooo uncomfortable in general. My body hurts today and I feel exhausted. I had no desire to eat today but of course I had to, and I may be somewhat dehydrated due to my "issues" last night. I had a BPP this morning and the baby was not as active as usual so the nurse told me that it could be due to me not feeling well and to get myself hydrated and to watch her movements. I don't know if this is dumb thinking but I was wondering if the baby feels bad like I do??? My boyfriend is sick today also so we probably got something that was going around. I hope we feel better soon.

Other than that, everything is going ok. Still at home and pregnant!! Christmas was pretty good and my step son is with us for holiday break so that is nice.

Anyway, not really up to writing much today, hope everyone is doing well!!

Yeah that bug is going around over here too! I am sanitizing everything!!!! lol! It's hard enough being pregnant let alone sick and pregnant!!!!!

Oh poor you! Sorry to hear you are not feeling too good. I'm glad you were able to think positively about your son, this is a much better way to think about him, and will help you towards the future. I hope you feel better today. Happy holidays! x

Today must be bittersweet for you, you are sad for the loss of your son, but greatful that your little girl is still in. I do hope that you are feeling better, you really don't need anything extra at the moment. Take care!!!
