04-4-2008 - CHILD MUST BE POSSESSED

Aliyah has this peculiar habit that she does every so often. Around the time she has to eat i begin the routine of waking her up from her nap, talking to her as i wipe the drool from her mouth and allowing her to stretch those little bones. This is normal this is expected. After this what should follow should be me whipping out the breast and her drinking. Sometimes however this is not what happens. Sometimes something very weird happens that can only be explained as exorcism. As i pull my breast out i see a gleam sparkle in her eyes as her mouth curls in a mischievous grin. As the nipple draws closer to her mouth she suddenly will lunge latching on like a ravenous beast with no teeth, sucking furiously as thought she hasn't eaten in days. As i stare bewildered by this sudden rage she suddenly begins to whimper (still sucking mind you) which soon becomes a full out cry in which i have to dislodge my breast from her mouth and console her. This can go on throughout the entire feeding in which case once she's full she will collapse in my arms exhausted. Once she wake up after the whole ordeal she of course remembers nothing and eats like the child she is even cooing every so often to show her pleasure. There can only be one explanation....exorcism.And until i find out the truth i will continue to rub holy water on her head and have crosses above her crib...

haha...too funny! Have you tried burping her? Maybe she gulps so fast she gets some air bubbles in there!! I say video tape it and win some money on AFV!!!!

She is such a beautiful baby! You almost got me scared to breastfeed. Maybe she is really excited about feeding and the milk isn't coming out as fast as she would like it.
