05-10-2008 - Joeys months 2-4

My mood while writing this blog: sad

So I haven't updated my little mans monthly updates because we have been so busy!

The reason for the sad and crying face is because I just put my little teething man to sleep - he is breaking our hearts into a million pieces!! He is in SO much pain, I just wish the stupid tooth would come out. He was so upset tonight, and kept looking at me with this look of pain with his teary eyes... I even got teary eyed. It really stinks knowing you're doing everything that you can to help and knowing it's still not enough. )o:

But on a better note, Joey is doing great (other than the teething!). I went back to work FT 8/25 at a new job which I love. I am a pre-k teacher and Joey gets to come with me 3 days a week to the infant room. It is a great job, and he does great where he is as well. It is really nice knowing he's right down the hall and I can check in on him when I get a minute. My boss sometimes has me cover lunch breaks in the infant room so I can hang with him for a little bit (o:

He is SO talkative. And he loves to smile and laugh. I love blowing on his belly because I get squeels out of him. He has been sitting with support forever now, and is just starting to sit on his own. He doesn't last too long before he tumbles to the side. It's pretty funny. He is absolutely in love with his exersaucer. He goes crazy playing in it. He spins round and round and plays with every toy.
