13-5-2009 - Tomorrow Is The Big Day !!!!!

Ok Ladies,

So Tomorrow we find out the sex of the baby ....YAAAAAAAY. I feel like all my appoinments thus far, although reassuring and well appreciated, have been kinda boring. We get to listen to the heartbeat which is great, but I haven't seen my baby since I was about 8 weeks.....he/she was just a little bean, nothing to really see. Tomorrow we get to see a head, a little torso, arms, legs and maybe even a weiner, lol. I'm super excited. I've been rushing this week along just to get to Thursday. As of now we're (Rick and I) are taking my mom along with us. At first it was gonna be my sister and bestfriend in addition to my mom but after thinking about it we decided that we wanted to keep it small and that we would just call everyone right after we found out the gender. I told my boyfriend (i really hate that title....what are we 13yrs old ? lol) that the best part about tomorrow is that we can stop referring to the baby as simply "the baby" and actually call him/her by their name!!! Right now everyone has their fingers crossed hoping that the little one shows us the "goods" and doesnt stay in position where we cant see anything. I plan to speed walk from the hospital garage to the doctor's office so the baby can get moving, lol. Another highlight of this visit will be to see how Rick reacts to seeing what looks like an actual baby on the screen for the first time and finding out if he's having a son or daughter. As the weeks have gone by and he's noticed a change in my body, i think the reality of us becoming a family has really hit him. He loves this baby so much already. He's such a great Daddy to Be :) I think he may get a little emotional, lol. Anywho...everyone pray that everything looks perfect and that the little one doesnt put up a fight to keep their privates "private", lol. I'll update you guys as soon as we get home!!!! Kissess :)

We are grateful and blessed for whatever GOD has chosen to give us...but we're rooting for TEAM BLUE.

Good Luck Mommie!!:-) Oh, and word of advice, a way to make sure that the lil one is up and moving about, is to drink a glass of O.J. 30 mins before your appt. I personally drank coke instead!Lol but my lil momma had her booty str8 up in the air so we could definetly see nothing was hanging from her!LOL Goodluck once again and i hope it works.
