26-5-2009 - JoAnn's 1 month check up

My mood while writing this blog: Relieved

I know Im a little late writing a blog but I've been so busy. We went for her 1 month check up May 20th. She just went to the dr's 5 days prior for reflux and he put her on a little bit of cereal in her bottle to help it. OMG in just 5 days baby girl gained 10 oz's and now weighs 9.14 lbs. Of course that was a week ago so there is no telling what she weighs now. He put her on zantac for her reflux and she still had a little bit of thrush but not much. so now she's taking both of those meds and is doing really good with her eating. She LOVES to eat, lol. She grew 1/2 inch and is now 20 1/2 inches long. Over all she had a good visit except that yucky reflux. Thank god for the cereal she is now sleeping longer due to now having a full belly. she sleeps 12 - 6 am or 1 -7 am but its also for about 6 hrs. Before it was still every 2 hrs so whoo hoo for me! I hope that everyone is having as much fun with their babies as I am. I just now made reservations for our vacation next friday. We're going to tampa so my hubby's dad can finally see her for the first time. Beach & Sun here we come!! Im getting excited!

Sounds very exciting. I'm glad Joann is doing better and those 6 hour sleeps sounds lovely. I'm glad you are enjoying your daughter and have a safe trip.
