WOW! What a weekend. First of all my husband finally found the perfect truck. He totaled his 3 weeks ago and we got him another one this past friday. Its a 2005 silverado crew cab that has 4 doors (no more extended cab yeah) and sits 6 ppl. We needed something that sits 6, b/c there is 5 of us and we've decided that we will have one more in the next 3 years. The crazy weekend all started thursday. My husband got 16 teeth pulled (12 pulled 3 yrs ago right before our wedding) so now he only 2 left to anchor in bottom plate and has all new beautiful teeth. That was thursday so the next day we got the truck and had to take back rental car. Man that was a long day. Then saturday night we went to walmart and got my baby's ears pierced. She did better then I thought she would. It really helped when they did both of her ears at the very exact same time. She kind of held her breath, turned beet red and only cried for about 2 min's. after we got her and walked her around she was ok and forgot about it. I recommend if your going to get your childs eard pierced. Do them when their young. There is a lot of good things when you do them when their an infant. 1. they forget about it 2. you can take care of them better b/c their not pulling them out and messing with them 3. they get in a habit of having them and dont take them out. 4. their not a teenager and forgetting to take care of them theirselves. she looks so adorable in them. Oh I forgot to mention she got weighed july 27th and she was 3 months and 1 week old and was weighing 15.5 lbs. That was 2 weeks ago so no telling how much she's weighing now.

Sunday, 16 Aug Yeah, I agree with you about getting their ears pierced young. I'm glad the ear piercing went well!! Glad you all found a car. Take care! Kathren -
Thursday, 13 Aug Gratz on baby girls ears. I got Aurora's done about a month ago and she hasn't even fussed with them once. They don't really even know they are there when you do it this young. Then they can heal up and no worries about infections and what not because they aren't taking care of them. Hope you post some pics.
