09-5-2009 - my 1st offical mothersday

My mood while writing this blog: gratefull

So today is my 1st (offical) mothers day ( i got a pressie last yr from garry aswell) and i feel so very blessed and gratefull for my lil girl Gemma.

Its amazing to think that this time last yr i only just found out i was pregnant and now this yr im holding her in my arms :)

I really got spoiled today i got

* a bacon and egg breakfast

* a lovely bunch of flowers

* a chocolate mud cake that says " happy mothers day"

* 3 pairs of bonds socks ( i love bonds i always buy there clothes for gemma)

* 2 lots of my fav soap (dove)

* an hours massage at our local spa ( im booked in for tommorow and cant wait)

i feel so very lucky to have got all these gifts i just feel so special and loved

even though i recieved all this i trully must admit that the best gift of all was to see my healthy lil girl smile and to be a family

i know today is a special day for us mothers that can hold our babys but i spent today thinking of all the mothers that cant hold there babys as they are in heaven because i believe that even if u cant hold ur baby u are still a mum no matter what so id like to end my blog by wishing u ALL a
