| 24-5-2009 - my wii fit challenge | My mood while writing this blog:ok |
so im trying to lose some baby weight and weight i have had before my pregnancy, 1 week ago i went out and bought a nitendo wii and a wii fit to help shed some pounds
i really recommned the wii fit to mothers that dont have time to leave the house much it really gives u a work out
so anyway i have given myself 3 months to lose 9 kilos, my wii told me it is safe to lose 1.4 kilos a week safetly
i will update every month on my progress, but pls dont feel like u have to read as this is more a blog for myself to keep track
this is my excersise plan for week 1 but i will mix it up to keep from being bored
1) at least 30 mins walking a day but aiming for an hour
2) 10 mins jogging
3) 10 minutes boxing
4) 10 minutes aerobics
5) 10 mins yoga
6) 10 mins hoolahoop ( this is to help allign my pelvis which leads to better posture i do 5 mins to the left and 5 mins to the right it really gets ur heart racing)
some of u maybe thing " is that all " but from me going from no excerise at all to this it is great and jogging alone really buggers me ( i have to keep up with my trainer)
i done 40 sit ups in a row today woow woot ive never done that before :)
thanks to the great advice from a good friend on here i will not be paying to much attention to the scales because atm im obsessed with them and live off everything they tell me which is so not healthy
