First of all I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who left a comment on my profile about todays scan, I appreciated every one :)

Well as you can imagine I was absolutely terrified going in for the heart scan this morning but we got good news so it was all worth it.

Baby's heart looks properly developed :)

All four chambers were the right size and the scanner said that the blood flow in and out of the heart looks good.

We didn't totally get the all clear and have to go back in 6 weeks for another scan on the heart as 1 of the conditions that Finley had doesn't always show up this early but he seemed happy with what he saw and said that as the blood flow looks good that he is quite positive everything should be ok.

So now I am feeling much happier about the future of this baby and after the 20 week scan I may even start to buy things.... lol.

Awe...congrats!!! I know exactly whgat its like hoping for the best and fearing for the worst. I couldn't wait to jump online this a.m. to see how things went and I let out a big sigh of relief for you. I'm truly happy for you because I know how it feels to want a baby so badly.
