Aww jayne, in my very (VERY) emotional post pregnancy state, I just feel like crying for you. I am delighted. This is so exciting. One thing to add to the buying of things..... control yourself! If you could see my dining table..... the clothes and other things I have been given as gifts is incredible. I won't have to buy anything at all seriously. I only bought about six outfits in white before his birth and I have not even worn them on him. He is either in a baby gro or in an outfit given as a gift. Buy more boring things like nappies, facecloths, cotton wool balls, bottles etc etc. These are the things you will definitely need. It won't be long until he's here. Congratulations!

YAY! That is awesome news. I was thinking of you last night before I went to bed and wondered how it went. I am SO pleased that your boy is perfect. I understand the feeling of 'jinxing' it, but I am certain that this pregnancy will just continue well and you will hold that precious son of yours in your arms in 4.5 months time. So happy to hear the great news!!! I'm glad you were able to buy a few things but I totally understand your apprehension about it!!! I'll be praying for you and thinking about you until the next heart scan... I have great feelings about this for you and congrats on the baby boy!!! I'm having a boy too!!! I had my anomoly scan today and am really happy that everything seems to be going well with this baby. We are having another boy.
I feel so relieved, I think once we get the next heart scan out the way (16th March) I will be able to relax.
We went shopping after the scan and bought a few bits for him, I picked up a steraliser last week as it was half price so we got 2 outfits, a pair of socks, scratch mittens and some gorgeous little baseball boots :)
I feel a bit weird buying stuff as I feel like it will jinx it...
