Per my last blog, I have been unable to go to work for the past week because my boss was out sick with hand-foot-mouth disease and I may have been exposed through him before he even knew he was sick. Therefore, doc had me stay home until titer results returned from the lab.
Well...doc e-mailed me to let me know all is well and that I did not actually have exposure to the hand-foot-mouth disease after all. I felt alot of relief because doc had said that even if I didn't get sick from exposure, baby could still be affected. Titers also showed I am immune to chicken pox and parvo (which is fifth disease in humans). So...now we know there was no exposure and baby is fine!! Yeah!!
