0 centimeters dilated (but soft and ready)
mostly effaced
"excellent" check up as my pelvis is textbook perfect for birthing and everything is spongy (ready)
Miss Pretty's heart rate 140
Miss Pretty's postion OA, occipital anterior--straight up and down, the ideal birthing position (for now, but this shows that the contractions are strong enough to pull her up and put her in position and hold her there for a while and that we will likely have no problem with her getting in position when she decides to debut)
my heart rate 70 bpm
my blood pressure 100/64
total weight gain 36.5 lbs
