There are only two things I've found to be true for all mothers for all discipline matters:
1. Consistency works for all mothers. It is indiscriminate, unbiased, and unprejudiced. Methods/techniques matter little; it's the consistent application of them that makes methods effective.
2. The best form of discipline is the discipline that works with my personality and lifestyle, not someone else's personality and lifestyle. This discipline will be something that I can live with and be consistent about.
