21-11-2008 - New Dr.

My mood while writing this blog: better

Well to day I cancelled my old Dr.'s appt with the expensive Dr. and went to my new appt. (same day appt!) with my new Dr. It is close to where I live just 5 minutes away! and the office is brand new! It's so much nicer than the other one. I have the choice of delivering at 2 different hospitals too! Today They used the doppler to here the little beans heartbeat. I cried b/c it's so cute knowing it's in there and well. the HR was 160BPM. She said that sometimes they say a higher HR means a girl but right now at this size they are usually all high. Oh and The last Dr. I told her I had nausea and she just said, well your pregnant. The Nurse practitioner I saw today gave me samples of Aldex-an to help with the nausea and prenatal vitamins with stool softener, and DHA already in them so I don't have to take three pills. I feel like calling around and asking questions really paid off, and the best part of it is that for this better care I don't have to pay more in fact I will pay 1/2 the deposit the other teching hospital was going to charge me. I really didn't want to deliver at a teaching hospital anyway. YAY!!! Now If I could just get the rest of my life in order. (sigh)
