| 14-3-2009 - Round Ligament pain. | My mood while writing this blog:Ok |
Ok SO I am having round ligament pain. I need a belly band that supports the ligmants under my stomach and /or something to support the ligaments in my groinn going up my stomach it hurts so bad to walk I have to waddle. So I tried on a belly band at a maternity shop today and couldn't get myself to pay nearly $20 bucks for it b/c I was worried that it wouldn't work. Has anyone ever had this pain and tried a belly band what type did you try and did it work? I haven't worked out on a so long b/c I've been trapped in my car Mon -Fri doing home health and then when I get home sitting at my desk typing up all of the OASIS, assessments. It is a very sedentary job, It seems that with my jobs and activity I've gone from one extreme to the other. So I started working out again with my prenatal video Lisa Harts Prenatal workout, it has some great exercises for the round ligament pain I actually feel a little better. Still want a belly band though. Worried I may be eating too much. I eat three meals a day and a snack such as ice cream Ugh! I am craving food!
I have not had many complaints this second trimester though, a little heart burn that is helped by TUMS, having to pee a lot b/c of the baby using my bladder as a punching bag. This is why his nick name "Rocky" is appropriate. We still don't know what the heck we are going to name this baby !!! That worries me, I thought I was going to name him Dylan but I don't like the name Dylan anymore. (I just havn't had time to change my profile picture, I should do that today) I like Spencer a little. But I think I will get sick of it. I like Jonathan a little. I like Preston, and for some reason I like this old boring name "Daniel" I actually love that name. But I'm worried it's too old school. I have a hard time thinking of boys names b/c they usually remind me of a man that I don't like or a boy who was annoying. I try to think of men in my life who were great men strong, good to their wives, and very strong moral values, With out naming him after Jesus, the Buddha or Ghandi, I would like to give him a name that reminds me of something good what is right. But also not let him get made fun of when he is older. AAAh picking out a name is so hard, especially with pregnancy brain.
