| 17-3-2009 - Food Diary/ low sugar. Updated... | My mood while writing this blog:determined |
Day one Tues: 3/17/09
Breakfast: two small apples deskinned and cubed granola sprinkled on top a sml pat of butter and cinnamon. (microwaved brown betty) My multi vitamin Prima care
Lunch: I packed a PB and Jelly sammy on 6 grain bread (sugar free preserves for the jelly), a few tiny snacking tomatoes, an activa cheese slice, a few wheat thin crackers~ low fat, a few vege straws (these things I get from the Whole foods store), and a few raw broccoli pieces to eat with the cheese slice. Also a Sugar free Red diamond tea(splenda) (Which tastes like crap I went ahead and tried it this am.) -I enjoyed the tiny tomatoes and the cheese, not too fond of the jelly but it will be worth it for my health.
Snack: Yoplait light bananna cream pie flavor... Mmmm (sweetened with aspartame not sugar)... and I added some toasted granola b/c I need some crunch! -I enjoyed this snack.
Dinner:Had to do home work so my husband cooked... not on the diet so I ate a little...
1 small slice of pizza and some french fries. with water
Exercise: Did a few squats this am.
@ 5pm -Walked to the school to pick up daughter and back approx 2 miles. I'm in pain. ...So out of shape..
