08-6-2009 - about to start my 39th week, still preggers.

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

Well, Yesterday I thought I would walk around walmart and see if anything would happen especially since the full moon was out. But nothing happened. Just some contractions. My contractions are sometimes really painful and sometimes just tight and uncomfortable, but everytime I get them I get really sleepy and forget to finish keeping track I usually fall asleep trying to count them. My Dr. gave me a little flyer with all the reasons to go to the hospital. and Contractions that are regular for me is a reason- since I am a multigravida -(I've had more than one child) This will be my third.

Last night Will and I were watching the Davinci Code, and I was really into it It was so interesting but I was falling asleep and having contraction pains and then I just couldn't concentrate well, so didn't finish seeing hte end.. watching it to see the new Tom hanks movie out that is the sequael to that. But I bet I'll have the baby before I get to see it.

I ordered a belly band that is suppose to help my belly go back to shape after I have the baby it is called the "Belly Bandit" by Bamboo. It should be here via UPS today or tomorrow, and I was hoping to stick it in my suitcase before I must go to the hospital so hopefully no labor. I think this baby is going to be big. He is strong and big, and funny, I will always remember how this little guy has made me laugh even before he was born. I bet he'll be a natural born comic. Right now he is having hiccups behind my bladder again ... b/c I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast and he has hiccups every time I eat.

This morning I woke up after my usual restless night of sleep, I guess the last 4 hours of sleep were wonderful. I had this dream that I was climbing up a cliff with steps and there were Buddhist Monks playing instruments (I am not Buddhist) but anyway the sky was so pretty and I had this great feeling of relaxation listening to their music and watching them play these strange instruments and being up there. I also had a peepee break before that and before that I dreamed I was with my mom and she wanted to sleep on the cold conctrete and I was trying to get my dog Oscar to sleep with her and my son and daughter were there and I had the baby in a stroller and I wanted to go shop. So I was trying to get my dog Oscar to go to sleep next to my mom so I sould go alone with my kids to shop. Then after that I had the buddha /cliff dream and then I woke up with this overwhelming feeling of peace and that everything was going to be ok. That I didn't need my husband to have peace. I needed to find peace in other ways but not through people. I had a few hard contractions but baby is very active this morning, Last night his big sister felt his movements and I told her she better feel him in the belly now b/c he will soon be out!

I thought I may go into labor early but I guess not. I am only concerned about how big he may get the longer he stays in there. I had my daughter at 38 weeks and she was 7 lbs 8 oz and my son was 9lbs 12 oz (but he was from a different dad) Chloe and this baby are me and my husband's babies and my husband is a smaller person than my oldest son's dad so hopefully this baby wont be huge! I know he will be so cute! I can't wait to see him and hold him, and feel his black hair.
