hello ladies i do hope you and your families are well. as you can see i am back and ready to try again. this blog iS reaching out to anyone who can give me some advise on how to AVOID an ectopic pregnancy. as you will know from my previous blogs i had a really traumatic experience last year with an ectopic. i have been told there is only a 15% chance of it happening again but i am really scared and want to do everything is can to avoid it, as i have already have my left tube removed. so any advise would be greatly aprecitated. many thanks

Great to have you back!! i also had an ectopic, but a year after that i fell pregnant with my daughter:) best advice i can give is don't smoke as this raises the risk. i know it's scary but with some positive thinking you will be fine. best of luck xo
