18-9-2009 - Greyson is 6 months!

Hi ladies!

I haven't written one of these in a long time, so I thought I'd update a bit. Greyson is 6 months now and had his checkup on Monday. All went well and he is weighing in at 19 lbs even and 27" even. He also had his shots and didn't even cry which shocked us both. He let out a little whimper after his second one but was fine. He is sitting by himself pretty well now and keeps his balance until he lunges for something on either side of him and loses it. He also LOVES to stand and when you try to sit him sometimes he will dig his feet into the ground and arch his back because he wants to stand instead. He really isn't too thrilled about tummy time most of the time either, so hard telling when he will crawl. He is making more sounds and even repeats 'dada' back to my husband when he tells him to say it lol He also has 2 teeth that he got about a month ago! His two bottom central incisors!

He loves his solids and does so well with them. When we feed him he will take a bite and then before you know it he has his mouth gaping open for his next bite. He has eaten every single thing we have fed him with no problem. I'm so happy about this because I am such a picky eater and I don't want him to be. I can't believe how fast he is growing!
