13-6-2009 - Can\'t wait for tomorrow!

My mood while writing this blog: tired

I dont know if any of you have gone through my pics but there are a few pics of a little boy and girl. They have had such a hard road and been through more stuff than anyone should and they are only 5 and 3. Well little wally actually turns five tomorrow and i get to go see them! I was friends with their parents and after realizing who their parents were I only stayed for the children. I could write a book on how I have taken care of these children and loved them and the horrible things their parents have put them through. I wanted to badly to adopt them but I wasn't financially able to when it was time to take them from their parents. They now stay with their aunt and are doing amazing!! Their mother is now in jail and there father is now actively in their life and improving his and their life each day. The mother is a heroin/crack addict and the father will always be an addict but has not used for about a year maybe a year and a half. These children have witnessed on numerous occasions several forms of drug use. They were once covered in head to toe body lice. They were starved. They were dirty. They were neglected. This was all when their mother and father moved them to NY away from all of us. I cant even write everything but long story short I GET TO SEE THEM TOMORROW!!!! I just can't wait every time i see little wally he just holds me and doesn't let go. Leslie is a little more distant but thats because she is so young its hard for her to rmember when I was with her all the time (from about birth to a year and half). I cant wait to have those little arms around me. i love them. I will post pics!!
