| 12-2-2010 - Anxious and waiting.. What an awful combo! | My mood while writing this blog:nervous |
Ok I just need to get this off of my chest because I am super nervous about my doctors appointment today! As most of you know I have been in talks with my doctor and they have agreed previously that they would do an induction in my 39th week because we are new here and have absolutley no one to watch our children why I am in labor. All of our family is on the other side of the country in Texas and Arizona. They told me that they could do the induction during my 39th week but the earliest they could schedule it would be a week before. So technically I am 38 weeks today and am seeing the doctor at 3:00 pm. So today is the day that I have to ask them to schedule my induction and hopefully get a date!!! But, I get so nervous asking them.... And they never remember on their own of course! I dont know why I get so nervous! My mom is coming in next weekend from Arizona and will be here from the 20th to the 28th. So if they dont do my induction that week then I will have no one here to watch the kids except for my husband. Which means I will be laboring and giving birth by myself! :( One of the doctors previously made a comment to me that maybe I need to resign my self to the fact that I will be doing it by myself and that I just need to be strong and do it... That its part of military life... And she is right alot about military life is hard but why would they make a women do that if she didnt absolutely HAVE to? Anyway, I am sorry for rambling.... Please keep your fingers crossed and pray that everything works out at my doctors appointment today!!! Hopefully I will be updating this afternoon with awesome news!!! :)
