| 22-2-2010 - Tomorrow is the day!!! |  My mood while writing this blog:WOW!!! |
WOW!!! Tomorrow morning I will be checking into labor and delivery to start my induction!!!! :) I am so excited/nervous/impatient/anything else you can think of!! LOL The nurses just told me that I need to call at 5am and they will give me my time to come in which will be between the hours of 6am-8am!!! I have never been induced before and am really nervous about the pitocin because I have heard it is alot more painful... But I am trying to remain positive and strong!
I do have a question for you ladies... WARNING TMI (but we are all here in the same boat right??) But, when is the last meal I should have before I go in to prevent from having any accidents on the table? I know everyone says you dont even realize it and who cares at the time, but with my daughter I knew I was having a bm on the table and it really did embarrass me... (is that lame?) So any advice would be really appreciated to prevent mommy from poopin on the table! LOL!!!!
I cant believe this is it and we are all having our lil ones!!!!! :) I really love all of you ladies and am so glad I have met every one of you!!! I hope we stay in touch long after our babies are born!!
I want to send LOADS of labor dust to all of you still waiting to have your bundles of joy, baby dust to my ttc friends, and lots of hugs to our new mommies!!!! XOXO

i bm'd about 4 times with my daughter and im embarrased about it now but didnt know until after i had had her and my husband told me the nurses took it away soo fast you dont get a chance to think about it, just think they have seen it all before they have proberly seen hundreds of women do it thngs could be worse imaging having diorrea nw that would be embarrasing lol try goin to toilet before you go in thats the only thing i can thik of to prevent it, good luck for tomorow and pitocin is painful for about 20 senconds and it goes away just as quick feels a bit like your leg is burning when they inject it but it isint for long honestly leaves you walking funny for a few minutes so makesure you have your hubby to lean on if your standing lol good luck for tomorow

Seems like it took forever to get to this point,huh? Then the night before time just FLIES by. LOL, I can feel your butterflies in my stomach:-) You will be fine, and in no time, holding that lil bundle of joy!! I couldnt eat after midnight, but that was with a c/s at 8:30 am the next day. Not sure what the protocol is for vaginal delivery and food? Good luck and best wishes to you and the family. May you have a speedy delivery:-)

OMG, I had a bm on the tabel with my daughter and it was really embarrassing! I hope this doesn't happen again. Mybe they will give us an enema. I plan to have a small dinner and I go in Thursday night at 7. They said they will start the cerviqual as I am now only 2 cm dialated and then the pitocin. I am nervous and excited just like you. Lotsa gentle labor dust your way mama!

Congrats.. Whoa tomorrow morning it's all happening so fast. Although I sill have no light at the end of the tunnel, but thats o.k, I know my time will come and I'll be thing oh s**t I'm not ready LOL. I know that when getting an operation of something they say 12 hours.. But I would say you should eat small things perhaps dairy (it's suppost to constipate you) becasue you will need the energy. With a C/S they say don't eat 12 hours before, but you won't need to push lil' one out and you do. I would eat small non solid foods... But it's really up to you. As for the induction you've already had babies so your body knows what to do and yes it will probably hurt, but you'll do fine. I'm so exieted for you.. Keep us updated on lil' one :) and Good Luck!!

dont eat 12 hours before you go in, it empties your tummy and you are less likely to have a bm, so i would say nothing after 8 pm
