I woke up from a nap yesterday beacuse Joshua was inhis crib crying. He had smeared poop all over the bed and ate some of it. So I had to clean him up and bathe him. That's when I started feeling cramping. So after I got done with Joshua I sat him down in the pack n play and that's when I really started feeling bad braxton hicks (so I thought). I called my mom crying saying I need to come over now. While she's on her way over I run into the kitchen throwing up everything while hurting. I call my Nurse Practioner's office saying I'm having really bad braxton hicks what should I do, they say go to the ER. So my husband is rushing home to take me so my mom can watch Joshua. We get to the ER around 5:30pm they wheelchair me up to Labor n Delivery, I change into gown they hook me up to make sure the baby is okay. The baby is perfect! 150bpm moving around a lot. My pain was so bad in the back area, like I was having back contractions. The Dr comes in the cervix is closed. They stick a catheter in me to make me pee. They try and try and try to get blood from me and find a vein, they jusy couldn't. I was too dehyrdated. So they stick me to give me fluids, 2 bags full. They had a Nurse that sticks babies to come in and stick me, she got it. Finally after being stuck 6 times, veins popped, nomore. They were gonna have stick me in the foot if nothing else. The pain is starting to settle down. They have me eat something to make sure I can keep it down around 9:30pm. The UA came back, I had a little bit of blood in my pee and guess what I have for the 1st time ever in my life?!?!?! A KIDNEY STONE! Not fun ladies, worse then contractions. So now this morning I'm all swollen and trying to get myself together. So for all of you out there drink plenty of fluids, lol cause that sucked!!
