I know you gave your all to this man but he did not deserve it. I know you are hurting. Maybe it is bad timing but right now he is unworthy of all your love. Use this situation to become stronger. You have got to do other things to occupy your mind right now. Go out with friends, focus on your daughter, grab a good thick book and get lost in it. Only time will heal this. I suggest writing a list of reasons why you are better off without him and read it over and over especially when you feel weak like right now. I am sure you can think of some reasons. Shed your tears and dust yourself off. Don't listen to any love songs either. Listen to songs like Stronger by Brittney Spears, So Over It by Katherine McPhee, A Little too Late by JoJo, I can't Make You Love Me by Bonnie Raitt, So Yesterday by Hilary Duff, I am sure you get where I am going with this. I have been there and these are some things that helped. But the most important is a sense of self worth. You have to know that you will and you can do better than this. He is not as good as it gets. You can do better than this 6 to 12 month time limit not ready for commitment man. He is taking a chance and taking you for granted. He is selfish enough to believe that you will still be available when he gets ready.

im still hurting so much . that fact is i loved him and i trusted him with everything .
and then he said in six months to a year he might come back to me he just wants to date he dose"nt want to be commentied to anyone . and i said you should have the glove on just because i was fixs he says . the asshole has been doing this for a year .i can"t belive it when will this pain go away .
