12-6-2009 - 38 week doc appt. June 9, 2009 (LAST APPT!)

So, I went to Dr. Wos for my 38 week appt. on Tuesday. I'm still 3cm dialated which she said was good. BP was 98 over 70. I did drop a little sugar in my urine which she said was due to me drinking hot chocolate. (I am a sweethead that's for sure) and was measuring normal. SOOOO, the big news is that I am getting induced on MONDAY THE 15th! I like that date, it's easy to remember. I will be 39 weeks on monday. She was like let's go ahead and have you come in at 7am but if you do happen to go into labor before then, I put on your chart for them to call me. I told her how important it was for us to have her deliver us. We love her, she is a really good doctor. We travel 40 minutes to see her, so it's not exactly right around the corner. So, she said go home, get some last minute rest and she'll see us on Monday. I am soooooooo relieved and happy to be done. My insides and pelvic bone have been hurting for weeks and it's been really hard taking care of an just turned 18 month old toddler when I can barely move without hurting! So, finally, after all these months, she will be here! Being preggo is so hard and long and I've been pretty emotional as well. I've been tough on my husband a lot since I haven't been feeling great. I'm 29 and done having kids. We will have 2 girls and the four of us will be complete. I will write again once I have my birth story to talk about!

I'm glad to know that it is almost over for you girl!! Good Luck with your induction. Can't wait to see pics and the birth story!!
