These days it seems I am having so much trouble with breathing easily. I get shortness of breath so easy and am using my prevental a lot. I dont be really doing anything but maybe laying down and if it is flat on side or back my chest pushes up and i have to lift upward. Even when trying sex ( I know sorry TMI) missionary is out. Automatically shortness of breath. Other positions are only a little better b4 I am saying wait let me breath. Its like my mind says I can do anything and my body says I dont think so. Is this normal at this point of going on 31 weeks?

ditto...as long as the baby is growing he will take up space in your ribs/diraphram only a few more weeks, hold on!
