06-7-2009 - 14 Weeks...

My mood while writing this blog: Poorly Sick...urgh

Well, I hit 14 weeks, had my birthday and a UTI that ended as a Kidney infection...Urgh.

I had temp, then shakes, agonising kidney pain, toilet breaks beyond the joke, downed so much water I could have sank Titanic on my own...nods...Im serious...I worried about the tummy aches...They were cramps and I panicked a little but kept up the water/cranberry and antibiotics.

I still feel icky and am trying to keep up the massive amount of water to continue to flush it all through, I finished my antibiotics today so a little worried it is going to come back again, I dont want to ever be that poorly again.

The baby is getting stronger kicks and it feels like a new game has been invented called squeeze mummies poorly bladder, its such a funny pastime! Baby is strong enough now for me to feel awake and sleep periods which is lovely. I am still suffering morning sickness, meh. But, its morning sickness as opposed to all day every day sickness. lol. I have also wighed in another 4lbs less, so I have lost quite a bit of weight now. Dont feel it like, feel more bloated than ever, lol.

I have paid the deposit for the gender scan, Im booked in for the 11th July...All exited now...yay.

Well, I hope to be getting rid of this infection and to be moving on in my pregnancy with some decorum, lol.

Hope all you ladies are feeling fine and dandy, if not...my thoughts are with you...and my friend who hates the fact she is pregnant told me about a site called 'ihatepregnancy' lmao, I havent been there but apparently she has a lot. eeep. I just hate uti/kidney infections nods.
