Well we went for Amira's 4 month well baby visit today and she is doing GREAT!!! She now weighs 12lb 5 oz (she gained a full pound since last month) and is 24.5 inches long. Dr. says she is growing nicely. My ped knows me well because when it was time to give Amira her vaccinations she just looked at me and asked me what we were doing today...She knows and respects that I vaccinate on an altrnate schedule and that there are certain vaccines that I will NOT allow Amira to have. So needless to say she got her 2nd Dtap shot...my girl didn't shed a tear or even whimper when she got stuck *beaming with pride*
I tell you what...people get on my nerves. The other day we were at the mall and not 1 but 2 people (at separate times) asked me how old she is and when I told them that she is 4 months old they made faces and said my she's tiny...WTH...Now for those of you with big babies Please don't get offended BUT just because my child is NOT one of the bigger kids we are accustomed to seeing these days does not mean that there is anything wrong with her. People REALLY need to mind their own business...I am prone to flipping out at times *hormonal rages are still part of my life*

Amira is a trooper! She didn't even cry!! Which vaccinations did you choose to skip? I need that vaccine website/info that you gave me again...

Oh girl I get that all the time shit my 2 kids were premmies I 3mths early and the other 2mths early!! and Jailyn she is 1 but she looks like a 8-9mth old...I know what u mean about THEM FOLKS!!!

Girl, I have the same problem too and it really gets on my f%&kin' nerves! I've just learned to ignore ignorant people.....Anyways, glad to see our little lady is doing well! Give her an e-kiss for me! TTYL*

LOL Tell me about it....I go in and Caitlin is 15 lbs and 26 inches on her 4 month visit. This one lady tells me I need to feed her more and I'm like 15 lbs isn't enough?? Then another lady is like WOW shes a tank! I'm like HUH?! Dude my doctor says shes in the 90-95 percentile what the heck do you want? . LOL. I liked the lady better saying I needed to feed her more. Heck I have a friend who has a 2 month old who is 30 lbs already...to me that's like wow. LOL But if the baby is healthy and happy WHO CARES?! LOL. Babies little or big I still think there all cute. I mean how do you not want to pinch those little baby cheeks? I mean really??? Rock on momma! Rock on! :)
