10-6-2009 - 7 Weeks Pregnant, Not Feeling Pregnant & Worried! OkMy mood while writing this blog:
Ok

So I'm 7 weeks 2 days today, still no morning sickness, no nausea, by bb's haven't really grown although they're a little sore from time to time. No food aversions really, and although most people say BE HAPPY! I cant seem to do anything but worry! My HCG levels were good back at 5 weeks, so that should have somewhat eased my mind, but i cant relax. We have our next ultrasound this Tuesday so I'm anxiously awaiting that. Has anyone else ever felt "NOT PREGNANT AT ALL?" The only real symptom I still have is mild cramping from time to time and a missed period. I posted my 1st ultrasound on my pictures (its almost 1 cm), can anyone tell me if that is a normal size gestational sac to see at about 5 weeks? there was no yolk sac or anything in it. Maybe thats why i am stressing right now too, any information can help me right now. Thanks!

I wouldn't worry. If your not spotting or anything then you are probably fine. I still haven't had any m/s. The only real symptom I have had is not wanting chicken.

it's impossible not to worry, and hopefully Tuesday will help you feel better. I think the first tri. is the longest. I didn't have any symptoms with my first preg and everything was fine...and so far, not much this time around either yet. Consider yourself lucky and enjoy it. I have an ultra sound on Wed., and I'll be happy once we see the baby...though i have to say, i haven't had as much time to focus this time around, so I haven't really 'had time' to worry, which is a blessing because I worry a lot. Try and just take it easy and rest when you can, I'm sure all will be fine. :)

hi!!! i'm so sorry to hear that you're so stressed :(

Please try to relax... the stats are that only about 50% of moms get morning sickness... so consider yourself as part of the lucky half!! I've been so sick that I've decided this is my last baby because it's too much!!

Relax, enjoy not being sick and I'm going to keep you and your baby in my prayers. Everything will be fine for you guys!! It is better for the baby to feel that you're relaxed most of the time, so even though it is easier said than done, try to look up the stats on symptoms and see if that helps put your fears to rest!

Also, think of those moms that dont even know they are pregnant until the babies are born or until they're like 7 months pregnant!! LOL.. i dont know how they dont know, but it must be because they have no symptoms!!

Hey hun try not to worry. I know easier said than done! When I was pregnant w/ my son I was deathly sick for 4 months. This pregnancy I felt "normal" and not pregnant at all for weeks. Around week 8 I started to get a little nausea and def. was very sensative to smells & i'm almost 13 weeks now and I am very sensative to smells and can't keep down any dairy at all! But the first few weeks of my pregnancy i'd say even up to week 10 I didn't have hardly anything at all! I was so scared going to my u/s at 11wks. (I had a loss in september that was a possible ectopic) though my #'s this time didn't indicate ectopic you never know plus I thought my lack of symptoms compaired to my preg. w/ my son something surely had to be wrong. Well I had my apt. and in my u/s baby actually measured a day ahead of what I was! So try not to worry I know its hard but every pregnancy is different not having symptoms isn't a bad sign! On my sons page I have a u/s pic. of him posted at 5wks. its very small it may of been taken towards the end of 5weeks my periods were irregular so it took a few u/s scans before we could pinpoint a due date w/ him. Try to calm down hun i'm sure everythings fine! : )
