20-6-2009 - The End

My mood while writing this blog: bittersweet

Well Jonah is a week old..things have been going great. He was a little too jaundice about 2 days after we brought him hom so we had to take him to Childrens hospital and spend the next 24 hrs with him under the lights..it was ok but it has been really exhausting...I started bleeding pretty bad again and that is scary..every time I get stressed out I start bleeding pretty bad. Im trying to take it easy but there is just so much that needs to be done...As for Jonah he is a great baby..he's still sleeping all day long and is up at night trying to party! He gets really fussy but hopfully that will stop soon..The breastfeeding is going pretty good. I broke down and bought a Medela Swing pump and it is AWESOME...I dont know why I didnt do this with my other 2..I must have been crazy! Well Jonah is starting to squirm. Its about feeding time AGAIN...This is so bittersweet...He is my last baby so I am trying to soak everything up in a big way and not take any little moment for granted. I feel so blessed and Im so grateful for the chance to be a momma 3x over...It feels strange to move on to the next cycle of my life, one that I know will not be full of newborn babies. I will miss this experience so much-being pregnant and giving birth-and the smell of new babies!! Time to let go and move on to the next place!! Thanks for all the support..and good luck to all you ladies still on your journey!!!!

Glad all is going well. I am sadden to wth this being my last. I said to my husbands that I feel like I am getting old now that I am closing this chapter of my life. But as you I have been blessed beyond my dreams. We just have to be patient for grandkids LOL. Congratulations!
